As a Supply Chain Packing and Shipping Specialist, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, loading, and shipping products to national customers and distribution centers. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Available schedules:
Monday - Thursday 11am - 7:30pm, Sunday 8am - 4:30pm
Monday - Thursday: 3pm - 11:30pm, Sunday: 8am - 4:30pm
What You Can Expect in This Role:
Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with tight turnaround times.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and care.
Operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks (training provided; preferred).
Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records using SAP.
Respond to logistics-related emails and manage communications efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deliver excellent customer service.
What You Need to Succeed:
High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or supply chain preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Basic computer skills and comfort with email communication; experience with SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred.
Prior warehouse or distribution experience highly preferred.
Forklift certification and RF scanner experience are a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
