The Opportunity

The Supply Chain Associate will monitor and make changes to purchase orders based on standard daily and weekly reports or alerts. The main focus is performing administrative, creative, production, or technical tasks to support the business. You will run daily access reports to identify New PO's that will need modification and create additional POs for show room samples. You will manage your own work within a given set of priorities and manage time.

You will report to the Manager, Supply Chain Planning.

Your Impact

  • You will create a new PO for all new items to go directly to our Product Central warehouse for imaging and on-air presentation.
  • You will follow SOP to create and edit PO based on a predefined matrix and adjusting the Purchase order costs based on specific guild lines.
  • You will manage the daily resolution of work sheet to support the smooth receipt of product into our on-air warehouse.
  • You will update lists of POs that need modifications for dates or destinations.
  • You will fix and update vibe alerts from our freight forwarder and help fix failed orders into or TMS system.
  • You will escalate and communicate with Supply Chain coordinators any adjustments they are making that would cause purchase orders to miss airdates.
  • You will make any necessary edits to the Product Central PO's and their related parent PO.
  • You will enter data for scanned documents into AIC report and submit to inventory accounting for final costing.
  • You will follow up on any issue related to the documentation or system issues in creating the import costing for items.
  • You will key in PO adjustments into systems to support changes in ship from or to locations for Purchase orders.
  • You will reach out to vendor regarding status of shipments for a given purchases order. Tracking and supporting ASN and Load processing.
  • You will manage daily vibe alerts from Freight forwarders resolving any issues with buyers or vendors to fix or approve the changes.
  • You will fix and resolve and make corrections to any failed TMS orders due to vendors errors on shipment releases promptly.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or University Degree, or equivalent work experience
