Title: Supply Chain Analytics Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Summary:

As Supply Chain Analytics Manager, this team member will be responsible for partnering with key internal and external team stakeholders. He or she will need to complete the following:

  • Collaborate strategically with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate outcomes and trade-offs.
  • Understand forecasting, demand planning, resource planning and operational processes to validate demand execution plan commitments.
  • Influence stakeholders' processes, technology decisions and policies to ensure there is a mutually beneficial continuous improvement and sustainable process for the overall
  • Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks).
  • Collaborate closely with Commodity Managers for inputs
  • Work with internal stakeholders and executive team to communicate the impact of critical business initiatives, and inputs impacting the quarterly goals.
  • Create, communicate, and manage budget/timelines/entitlement for projects.
  • Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results.
  • May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.
  • Performs data management through a combination of data mining, data modeling, data analysis, and/or problem analysis.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to gather, organize, and interpret complex data.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to internal stakeholders, executive team, showcasing the impact of implemented solutions.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed on industry best practices to continuously improve the consulting services offered.
  • Accountable for ensuring robust and accurate analyses in accordance with project deadlines, in correct format.
  • Continuously monitors benchmarks to ensure an accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline exists.
  • Oversees the tracking and measurement of post-implementation savings.
  • Works closely with Finance to ensure budgets are adjusted in accordance with realized contractual savings. Continuously reports on the savings projects that identified by the multifunctional team and tracks achieved savings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills (statistical forecasting, regression analysis, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work autonomously as well as establish cross-functional work relationship.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, strong analytic skills, organizational skills, discretion and judgment to organize priorities, complete tasks and handle confidential information, and effective communication skills to deliver and receive information across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SQL and building queries.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of departments
  • Must be skilled in supply chain processes and possess strong analytical/organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to function effectively within a changing environment and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, self-motivated, possesses judgment and ability to plan and initiate new activities.
