The Supply Chain Analyst will support Standard Nuclear’s supply chain operations with a focus on procurement, inventory management, data analysis, and system implementation. This role will play a key part in the implementation and rollout of the Company’s ERP system, while also supporting ongoing supply chain execution and analytics as operations scale.
This position is designed for a hands-on analyst who understands how materials move through manufacturing environments and can translate operational needs into systems, data, and process improvements. Over time, the Supply Chain Analyst will help drive disciplined procurement practices, inventory visibility, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ERP Implementation & Systems Support
- Support implementation, configuration, and rollout of the Company’s ERP system in coordination with operations, supply chain, finance, and external partners.
- Assist with defining supply chain workflows, data structures, and reporting within the ERP.
- Support data migration, testing, validation, and user training activities.
- Act as a point of contact for supply chain–related ERP questions and continuous improvement after go-live.
Procurement & Material Planning
- Support procurement activities including purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and order tracking.
- Assist with translating engineering and operational requirements into material needs.
- Help establish standardized procurement processes and documentation.
- Support supplier communication related to pricing, lead times, and delivery performance.
Inventory Management & Control
- Assist with implementing inventory tracking, material control, and reconciliation processes.
- Support cycle counts, inventory accuracy initiatives, and material movement tracking.
- Improve visibility into inventory levels, usage, and replenishment needs across facilities.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to supply chain performance.
- Analyze data related to inventory levels, lead times, supplier performance, and material availability.
- Support cost analysis and operational decision-making through data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, finance, and facilities teams to support operational goals.
- Support material readiness for equipment installations, facility launches, and production ramp-ups.
- Communicate supply chain status, risks, and priorities clearly to stakeholders.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations analysis, or related roles.
- Experience supporting or participating in ERP implementations (NetSuite or similar preferred).
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reports.
- Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP or business systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
