Develop and execute supplier strategies for direct materials, components, equipment, and critical services to ensure continuity of supply, cost efficiency, and production readiness. Manage supplier selection, risk mitigation, cost analysis, BOM and item master data, and supplier qualification in coordination with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and finance. Support long-lead procurement, contingency planning, and scalable supply chain processes for a regulated manufacturing environment.

Manage customer-facing commercial projects from proposal through closeout. Create and maintain schedules, coordinate engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality and leadership, track risks and resources, communicate status to customers and stakeholders, support proposals and handoffs, and maintain project records and closeout documentation in a regulated technical manufacturing environment.

Develops, coordinates, and maintains technical training programs and materials for manufacturing and regulated nuclear operations. Manages training records, qualification tracking, LMS and SharePoint content, and audit-ready documentation. Works with SMEs to convert procedures into practical training, schedules courses, monitors compliance, and improves training systems and data pipelines to support workforce readiness and safety.

The Quality Engineer ensures compliance with quality standards and processes in manufacturing, driving continuous improvement and supporting inspections and documentation.

The Director of Strategic Communications leads investor communications and external messaging strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's operational and strategic objectives. This role involves collaboration with leadership, shaping company narrative, managing investor relations, and refining market positioning to support growth and fundraising efforts.

Lead on-site Oak Ridge nuclear fuel fabrication facility operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production. Accountable for production performance, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, workforce development, continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Quality, Nuclear Safety, EH&S, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
