Sales Operations Analyst
This role is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of Samsung’s CE (Consumer Electronics) business. It will require strong relationship building with Samsung’s retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.
A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.
Roles & Responsibility
• Manage weekly CPFR process with Retail or Distribution Customers
• Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
• Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
• Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
• Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
• Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
• Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
� Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
� Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
� Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
