Supply Chain Analyst

This position reports to the System Analyst.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Inbound Analyst (Google Dataform, Looker, SQL, and Capacity Management)
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Analyst to join our Inbound team, reporting to the System Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting, data analysis, and experience using apps on  the Google Cloud Platform such as Looker, Looker Studio, Dataform and GBQ. Knowledge of capacity management for suppliers and experience in SQL will be a valuable asset. The candidate will also play a key role in supporting the inbound team in managing operational system issues, reporting, and improving processes.

Supporting the Inbound team with:

• Daily operational system issues and troubleshooting
• Investigating system performance and providing solutions
• Providing technical support for internal teams and external service providers
• Querying and reporting on data stored in GBQ 
• Conducting data analysis using SQL to derive actionable insights
• Managing and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio
• Managing and maintaining workflows in Knime (transitioning to Looker/Google Dataform)
• Implementing and improving operational processes
• Logging and tracking technical issues and tickets through Jira 
• Prioritizing and managing tickets, providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Assisting with capacity cluster management for suppliers
• UAT Testing for Tickets through third party systems

Attributes required:

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and structured thinking
• A solutions-oriented, can-do attitude with a self-motivated approach
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in SQL and the ability to analyze and interpret data (database design knowledge)
• Proficient with GCP apps ( Sheets, Docs..etc)
• Familiarity with Looker and Looker Studio reporting platforms 
• Experience with Dataform and managing workflows 
• Knowledge of capacity management principles for suppliers and logistics would be valuable
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude, self-motivated     

Qualifications:

• 3+ years process improvement / engineering / logistics experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or any similar IT Qualifications is preferred.
• Experience with BI Tools, GBQ, Looker, SQL and  Knime is advantageous
