Supply Chain Analyst

North- Onsite, Troy, MI

What you'll be doing:

• Assists in maintaining positive relationships with multiple suppliers and vendors
• Work with Finance team to set up new vendors and products/items in ordering system
• Follow-up with vendors on the status of open purchase orders; communicate statuses to the requestors.
• Review and audit daily shipments, inventory, and RMAs.
• Provides daily reports on critical inventory and provides forecasts to leadership
• Reports on and submits order to leadership for approval
• Arrange for and confirm receipt of purchase order materials with the requestor, close out Purchase Orders.
• Match invoices to purchase orders in the Invoice Management system.
• Maintain list of vendor contacts and vendor contract database; update when needed.
• Oversee and ensure Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual and Annual Inventory is completed on time for multiple warehouses.
• Escalates supply chain concerns to leadership to address supply, quality or cost related issues.
• Ensures all monthly distribution invoicing is completed.
• Works closely with the Warehouse Team to ensure proper supply chain and inventory processes are being followed.
• Works with leadership on inventory and supply chain process improvement

What we need from you:

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years in a purchasing role, and/or experience in supporting Supply Chain Operations
• Background in shipping, logistics, or deployment of computer hardware
• Attention to fine details and pick lists
• Basic knowledge of IOS, Android, PC, and mobile hardware systems.
• Team driven and results focused
• Sense of urgency.
• Ability to succeed in a deadline driven environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong team ethic.
• Ability to be flexible based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.

Hourly Pay Range: $16.00- $26.0
