Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Analyze data and manage stock to meet demand while preventing overstocks, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor and control stock at plants and manufacturers to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Use forecasting tools such as SAP, JDA, and Excel to manage orders and predict future demand based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to align business goals with budget and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and update optimization tools to streamline planning processes, minimize unnecessary movements, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports on stock levels, forecasts, and operational performance to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate production planning and logistics to align production volumes with customer demand and safety stock levels.
  • Lead initiatives to prevent overstocking and enhance storage, stock rotation, and transportation plans, maximizing handling capacities.

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support the optimization of supply chain operations through reporting, analysis, process improvement, and strategic insights. This role will partner across operations, logistics, procurement, and business teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support key business initiatives. 

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to solve complex operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. 

  • Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools that support business decision-making. 

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 

  • Conduct cost, service, and operational performance analyses to support supply chain optimization initiatives. 

  • Support the development of business cases and scenario analyses for strategic projects. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies. 

  • Assist in tracking and measuring the performance of key initiatives and improvement programs. 

  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to improve reporting capabilities and enhance automation. 

  • Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for business leaders. 

  • Support long-term planning efforts through scenario modeling and operational analysis. 

 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field. 

  • 1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, analytics, or a related field. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 

  • Experience working with large datasets and generating business insights. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

 

 Preferred 

  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations. 

  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. 

  • Knowledge of data analytics, process automation, or continuous improvement methodologies. 

  • Experience supporting operational performance, productivity, or cost optimization initiatives.
