Job Summary
Develop and deliver supply chain analytics across Business Units to drive performance visibility in areas such as lead time, delivery, logistics, working capital, and order management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability, customer service, and inventory outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain analytics to track operational performance and trends
- Build and enhance reporting capabilities for key Supply Chain KPIs
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports
- Use business systems to create repeatable and scalable analytics solutions
2. Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Develop supply chain models for scenario analysis and decision-making
- Perform benchmarking (internal & external) to identify best practices
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
3. Business Translation & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Understand business requirements and convert them into actionable insights
- Translate business problems into clear technical/analytics requirements
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and analytics/data teams
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
4. Solution Development & Validation
- Guide development of analytics/AI solutions aligned with business needs
- Validate outputs against operational and business realities
- Test solutions with end users and refine based on feedback
5. Adoption & Change Management
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions across supply chain teams
- Develop training materials and user documentation
- Conduct workshops and demonstrations to enable usage
- Gather feedback and continuously improve solutions
