Supply Chain Analyst - IT

Summary/Objective:
This position supports ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) functions with a focus on supply chain, logistics, and warehousing operations. The role partners with business teams to analyze processes, support system enhancements, manage change requests, and assist with new system implementations. The objective is to ensure reliable system functionality and efficient business operations through strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Essential Functions and Projects:
- Partner with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to understand business needs and system requirements.
- Provide application support for ERP and WMS systems, including issue resolution and coordination with internal and external resources.
- Support system enhancements, change requests (CRs), upgrades, and implementations.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Assist with project management activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation support.
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer.
- Support change management and user communication.
- Maintain flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed to support operations and customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of business systems and processes, particularly in warehouse management, supply chain and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or related operational environments.
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems; Infor WMS and M3 CloudSuite experience are a plus.
- Experience with Manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Internal and External Contacts/Relationships:
- Internal: Work collaboratively with IT, operations, and business stakeholders at various levels.
- External: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers.
- Maintain a customer-service-focused approach in all interactions.
Physical Requirements:
- The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to perform computer responsibilities.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit.
- The employee must have use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; speak and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to travel by car or public transportation as needed.
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually plus bonus
Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q4 of 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.
