Your Role: Supply Chain Analyst
Your Responsibilities:
- Consistent communication with resource owners regarding operation status and work center capacities.
- Anticipates and responds to internal and external customer needs
- Play an active role in Global Supply Chain initiatives.
- Actively participates and/or may lead projects and process improvements.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Currently enrolled in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering degree and graduating in December 2024 or May 2025
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Consistent execution of timely deliverables
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Animal Health/Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with USDA and other regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in procurement
- Demonstrated proficiency in a data driven approach to problem solving
- Drive results and work with autonomy
- Problem solving through mastery of supply chain best practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively

- Travel: 10%
- Location: Indianapolis, IN or Fort Dodge Manufacturing Plant - Fort Dodge, IA
