Key Accountabilities:
- Design, generate and analyse weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs for the supply chain department.
- Analyse business data to understand issues, trends, and patterns with a focus on product availability, improving the customer experience and cost reduction.
- Identify issues, participate in the development and implementation of supply chain solutions, support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
- Participate in and lead various internal and cross functional projects.
- Build strong relationships with the supply chain and category management teams to identify and rectify key issues and challenges and provide analysis and insight that will add value to the team and wider business.
- Work with the operations and sales teams to improve and standardise processes, improve availability and drive efficiencies.
- Primary network analysis to initiate revenue generation through backhaul activity.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics and Planning teams to deliver continuous improvement, providing support and training if necessary.
- Ownership of the team’s ERP data, ensuring data is kept up to date, is relevant and correct which is vital to operations and contact centre processes.
- Ability to build working relationships with colleagues and managers both inside and outside the team.
- Work with BT and BI teams to build effective and value-adding reporting structures.

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management
- Excellent PC skills and systems knowledge (MS Office essential, Dynamics AX preferred)
- Goal orientated with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organise and work to tight deadlines
- Flexible, innovative and creative in attitudes to all issues and areas of the business
- Excellent team player and willing to interact with suppliers and carriers
- Flexibility to travel between Sysco sites
