Role Description:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst, Capacity to join our Capacity & Gastank Planning team. You will own the tactical execution of new merchant slotting and merchant-FC inventory planning — the day-to-day capacity judgement that Sales, RevOps, Ops, and Sourcing rely on to keep new merchants moving toward go-live and existing merchants rebalanced across the FC network. You will run Gastank capacity checks, FC placement analysis, and same-day ad-hoc capacity requests, while maintaining the reporting and visibility tooling that supports capacity judgement -making across teams. This role reports to the Manager, Network & Capacity Planning.

What you’ll do:

  • Own new merchant slotting end-to-end: run Gastank capacity checks, FC placement analysis, and coordinate with Sales/RevOps/Implementation/Compliance on go-live requirements and timelines.
  • Drive merchant inventory placement planning: build rebalancing plans, sequence moves, model capacity impact, and coordinate execution with Ops.
  • Field ad-hoc capacity requests: resolve same-day capacity questions and escalations from Sales, RevOps, Ops, and Sourcing.
  • Maintain and improve the visibility and reporting tooling that supports capacity judgement -making across SFN, Sourcing, Ops, RevOps, Sales, and SpaceBob.
  • Support the Gastank capacity model: data pipelines, input validation, and the assumptions behind slotting and capacity logic.
  • Build and sustain cross-functional relationships with SFN, Sourcing, Ops, RevOps, Sales, and SpaceBob to keep capacity signals accurate and timely.
  • Document runbooks and cross-train so core slotting and inventory-planning tasks have backup coverage.
  • Escalate emerging capacity risk (e.g., merchant volume deviations, network imbalances) to the Manager, Network & Capacity Planning with data-backed recommendations.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain/e-commerce fulfillment, capacity planning, or network operations is a must.
  • Intermediate to Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency is a must.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI-supported model building, prompting, evaluation, and content creation. (Claude, Replit, CoPilot, etc)
  • Comfort making judgment calls on merchant placement with incomplete information, in a fast-paced, deadline-committed queue.
  • Established ability to proactively engage and manage a variety of cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Ops, Sourcing).
  • Willingness to learn Gastank capacity model logic and capacity/demand forecasting.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline — this role is the single point of accountability for slotting and move-planning accuracy.
  • Ability to work in complex, ambiguous situations and remain focused under time pressure.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Medical, Term & Accidental Insurance
  • All Purpose Leave (casual & sick time): 12 days
  • Earned Leave: 15 days
  • Public Holiday: 12 days
  • Generous Maternity & Paternity Leave
  • Quarterly Wellness Day
  • Work From Home Allowance
