Qualification - Bachelor / Master in Engineering
- 10 to 12 Years of Industrial Experience in Material Management / Warehouse Management / Inventory Control / Tooling Management in a large Manufacturing Organization
- Working knowledge in SAP/MES/Data Visualization software will be an added advantage

Job Scope
- Responsible for planning Indirect Material for the Semiconductor Assembly facility based on the forecast
- Follow up with procurement team for the availability of Indirect Material on time
- Maintain the Indirect Material room at the Assembly and Test manufacturing areas
- Responsible for fabrication tools ordering, delivery and maintenance according to manufacturing requirements
- Responsible for Inventory control and accuracy at Assembly/Test floor and achieving the KPIs
- Responsible for WIP management at test floor for faster access and handover to production
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and address any manufacturing challenges Using Artificial Intelligence.
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues in real time to ensure flawless production flow.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with company Quality Manual/industry standards.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities compliance to safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Simplify Manufacturing activities by extensive use of Automation / Dashboards
