About Us:
Sealing Technologies, a Parsons company, innovates and delivers high-performance deployable anywhere technologies that push what’s possible at the edge, enabling organizations across the globe to solve complex challenges with speed and confidence. We design, engineer, and deliver products and deployable technologies built for environments where traditional infrastructure falls short.

Position Overview:
Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, is looking to hire an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join the team. The Supply Chain Analyst will coordinate with Operations, R&D, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, cost optimization, and supply chain continuity around SealingTech’s suite of servers and Cyber-Fly-Away Kits. This role will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of material costs, from forecasting through delivery while actively mitigating risks related to fluctuating prices, high global demand, duties, and supplier vulnerabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Manufacturers, and Distributors to identify market trends. Analyze this data to identify areas for potential savings or to proactively flag potential cost increases.
  • Actively monitor the fast-paced technology market to identify, track, and analyze shifting costing trends for critical hardware components such as, motherboards, RAM modules, hard drives (HDD/SSD), and CPUs.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Sales, Finance, Manufacturers, and component distributors to capture early indicators of demand, shortages, allocation constraints, or market shifts.
  • Thoroughly analyze gathered data to uncover bulk-purchasing or contractual cost-saving areas and proactively flag upcoming manufacturer price increases on essential technology components and kitting hardware.
  • Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Manager and distributors to project upcoming price fluctuations and lead-time shifts across volatile technology markets.
  • Identify, track, and strategically manage indirect expenses—specifically Shipping, Tariffs, Duties, and Import Fees tied to shipments—working toward alternative sourcing or classification solutions that minimize their impact on the bottom line.
  • Systematically collect data on day-to-day component pricing, leadtimes and supply chain operations to map baselines and component bottlenecks.
  • Conduct routine evaluations of component vendors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and distributor operations to determine delivery stability and fulfillment capacity.
  • Continuously measure core supply chain performance indicators (such as costing prediction accuracy, leadtime accuracy and component defect trends) and synthesize findings into clear, actionable reports for senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or procurement, specifically within the technology or hardware sectors.
  • Experience maintaining relationships and negotiating pricing with large OEM vendors and associated distributors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Experience in purchasing of computer equipment and system subcomponents.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of electronic markets (e.g. NAND memory market, processor market, storage market, etc.)
  • Expertise in data modeling and forecasting in tight supply chain environments to deliver consistent inventory when needed for production.
