Job Summary: The Supply Chain Operations Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations at the warehouse located in Carney’s Point, NJ. The position will work cross functionally with Store Operations, Merchandising, operations partners, and other extended business partners.
Principal Duties:- Monitor, analyze, and communicate key supply chain performance metrics, leveraging reporting and analytics to identify trends, highlight risks, and escalate issues related to supplier performance, channel execution, and inventory management
- Support weekly and monthly warehouse performance reviews, analyzing operational KPIs, identifying trends and risks, and driving accountability for performance improvement initiatives.
- Support the tobacco returns management process from the stores to the warehouse and back to the reclamation centers. Assist management in the daily execution of the grocery distribution environment which includes new store support inclusive of license tracking and open order schedules and out of stocks, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assist the Supply Chain Department with review of store issues identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assists in PO management which includes invoice approval, invoice accuracy and PO balance management

Basic Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related fields
- Degree or pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering preferred
- Wawa store experience a plus
- Must have good computer skills, i.e. MS Word, Excel, , PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP, Microstrategy, Power BI a plus
- Position will be onsite in NJ office(Careny’s Point, NJ) a minimum of 2 days a week, 2 days in our corporate office in Media, PA and one day from home

- Ability to work onsite in Carney's Point, NJ and Media, PA, with one day from home
