Your missionEsta posición deberá ser el responsable de la gestión de muestras y originales de obsequio, asegurando la cobertura necesaria de este tipo de producto, generar reportes claros para su seguimiento y las alertas cuando sea necesario, así como la identificación de mejoras para hacer más ágil y eficiente el proceso. Adicional será responsable de la planeación y la compra de etiqueta para muestra y producto terminado, así como de la definición de prioridades de etiquetado.
Actividades principales
1. Gestión de muestras y originales de obsequio
*Revisión y carga de forecast de muestras y originales de obsequio
*Manejo de KPIs de Demanda (Forecast Accuracy y BIAS)
*Revisión del supply de muestras con Francia y Brazil y comunicación de riesgos con el área de MKT
*Gestión del stock (revisión de caducidades)
2. Etiquetado
*Planeación y compra de etiqueta para muestra y producto terminado, análisis de compra y realización de POs
*Definición del plan de etiquetado en conjunto con el equipo del almacén, con base en las prioridades de supply

Skills Required
- Manage samples and promotional originals
- Review and upload sample and promotional forecasts
- Monitor demand KPIs (Forecast Accuracy and BIAS)
- Coordinate supply with France and Brazil and communicate risks to Marketing
- Manage stock levels and review expirations
- Plan and purchase labels for samples and finished products, perform purchase analysis and create POs
- Define labeling plan with warehouse based on supply priorities
- Generate clear reports and alerts, and identify process improvements
