Job Description:Supply Chain Analyst - NPI Planner
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products
• Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on-time delivery and revenue achievement
• Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
• Interface & Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
• Interface with engineering and all Business Unit to secure Outsource manufacturing partner capacity
• Manage internal & external business communication on capacity allocation
• Project and control inventory movement to achieve given DOH target
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary or equivalent. Engineering background is advantage
• Minimum of 10-12 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning, production planning or related field in the Semiconductor or EE Industry
• Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices
• Ability to prepare communication plans to CM, customers, sales or executive management
• Good data analysis skill & must hands on
• Excellent team player & able to lead internal & external business communication
• Advanced knowledge in MS office (Excel) application required. Extensive experience in MRP systems, preferable Oracle is advantage
• Proven success at making financially sound decisions in a Fast Paced Market Environment
