Manage aviation maintenance inventory, spare parts, tooling, requisitions, supplier sourcing, quotations, deliveries, shelf-life items, and repair-order records. Coordinate with maintenance teams, OEMs, and MRO suppliers to ensure material availability, cost-effectiveness, quality, and adherence to military aviation maintenance schedules and standards.

- Continuously monitor and assess the on-time delivery performance of parts and tooling to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Plan parts and tooling for the scheduled maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
- Oversee Shelf-life control items and replenishment upon expiry.
- Responsible to maintain records of all parts shipped out for repair via Repair orders
Requirements
- Qualification: Higher Diploma/Technical-Vocational
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Human Factor aviation maintenance training would be an advantage.
- Supply Chain and Procurement training
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Sunday to Thursday
Skills Required
- Higher Diploma or Technical-Vocational qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience

- Supply Chain and Procurement training
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent written and spoken English
