Mission
The mission of a Suppliers Support Specialist is to provide high-quality support to Smartcat’s freelancers and language service providers with high empathy and full commitment.

Requirements
- Desire to help people
- Experienced in working on customer tickets and tools such as Zendesk would be a plus
- High level of English language proficiency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Flexibility in working in shifts if the business requires it.
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus
- Location: Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia are preferable
