The mission of a Suppliers Support Specialist is to provide high-quality support to Smartcat’s freelancers and language service providers with high empathy and full commitment.

  • By delivering excellent support, you’re expected to maintain a 100% suppliers’ satisfaction rate in this role.
  • Provide support to our customers with resolution and updates in a timely manner.

  • Desire to help people
  • Experienced in working on customer tickets and tools such as Zendesk would be a plus
  • High level of English language proficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Flexibility in working in shifts if the business requires it.
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus
  • Location: Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia are preferable
