Job Summary
As a Supplier Relationship Manager at IFF, you will partner with Logistics, Business Units, and Global Procurement to drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement with our logistics service providers. Your focus will be on KPI governance, supplier performance reviews, and maximizing value from negotiated agreements.
- Define and manage logistics KPIs with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance and lead improvement actions.
- Prepare and lead performance review meetings with logistics providers.
- Coordinate issue resolution, corrective actions, and supplier evaluations.
- Act as the voice of the internal customer and support future volume forecasting.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance across a global logistics scope, covering Air & Ocean freight worldwide and Road transportation within EMEA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Negotiation mindset and ability to drive change.
- Fluent business English and solid MS Office skills.
