Job Description- Implement and monitor quality procedures in product manufacturing and industrial processes
- Support and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications
- Conduct quality control of raw materials and component inspections using metrology tools
- Test and validate parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications
- Manage supplier non-conformities, complaints, and deviation requests (RfD/RfW)
- Oversee PPAP processes and product quality documentation in collaboration with the Quality Team
- Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure supplier compliance with company standards
- Participate in supplier evaluations and audits
- Analyze KPIs and defect trends, and prepare regular reports
- Manage equipment calibration across production, lab, and testing areas
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with internal QAS rules and legal requirements
- Block defective products with potential customer impact.
- Bachelor's Degree/Higher Education in Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering
- Training/Certification in ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Quality, Safety, and Environment
- Technical knowledge in Electrotechnics and Mechanics and/or related fields
- Knowledge of statistical control methods to assess Inspection Plans (AQL), ISO and DIN standards, and tolerance analysis methodologies (preferred)
- Certified Senior Safety Technician – Level VI (validated by ACT) (preferred)
- Training in continuous improvement (LEAN or WCM) is a plus (Green Belt, Black Belt)
- Proficiency in English
