- Prepare, plan, and conduct evaluations, document results/conclusion
- Leading cross-functional team and be responsible for result, quality of supplier evaluation process on-site and supplier development, also take care of the quality of the mass production commodities
- Preparing and organizing of on-site supplier evaluations – OSA and ESV
- Close cooperation with Procurement department along RfQ process
- Supplier Quality Assurance Process (SQAP) project development with functional team and supplier
- Regular project meeting set up and organization
- Conduct samples preparation on-site checking and process audit at supplier site
- Work with supplier and functional team to handle related possible issues
- Problem solving support during series production
THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
- Engineering Bachelor or above
- Minimum 5 years of quality and/or supplier management experiences are required in automobile industry with deep knowledge and manufacturing processes know how for battery cell, module, pack, E/E parts; Battery manufacturing plant working experiences preferred.
- Quality and/or supplier management experiences also for casting, forging, stamping, etc. are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ project management experience are preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, VDA RGA, Six Sigma tools
- Familiar with IATF16949 and VDA6.3; VDA6.3 certification is required
- Familiar with problem solving tools
- Fluent English, both oral and written
