Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for sample material inspection and incoming material dynamic inspection with complex inspection equipment, such as projector, 3D inspection, etc. Develop new methods for strengthening incoming material control and quality improvement.  Lead team inspection competence improvement. Supplier quality development
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions division in China.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Responsible for incoming material dynamic inspection and test with projector, 3D inspection, etc. in accordance with the inspection plan and/or document procedures, completing test record and report accurately and timely. Develop new methods for strengthening incoming material control and quality improvement.
  • Support R&D or Engineer department, completely new sample material inspection. Composing quality plans and procedures for material inspection and testing.
  • Quality data collection during the inspection process to statistic and analyze the product quality performance, lead or cooperate with other functions to drive material quality improvement
  • Lead to resolve material quality problem and drive RCA for long term solution

Qualifications for the role

  • Major in Electrical or Mechanical. Bachelor's degree or above
  • With at least 5 years of experience in material inspection and supplier quality management
  • Familiar with ISO9001 quality standard and improvement tools, experienced in quality improvement project, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or above is preferred.
  • Be proficient in using Projetor, 3D inspection, etc.
  • Familiar with Office software.
  • Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • Good communication, execution and teamwork skills
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, great passion on technical challenge and quality issues solving.

Skills Required
