Position Summary

In case of supplier induced quality problems, contain the defects with the help of the process quality and engineering group. Work with the supplier on root cause analysis and implementation of irreversible corrective actions. Continuously improve supplier’s performance to achieve 0 defect.

Your Role

• Responsible for supplier development
• Assure suppliers have a solid understanding and are in line with Aptiv Customer Specific Requirements
• Experience and ability to perform external audits to assess supplier manufacturing processes & quality systems
• Support suppliers to  achieve Zero Defect & Flawless Launch programs

Your Background

• Engineering  Degree
• Negotiation level in English
• High-level analytical and problem solving abilities
• Experience in quality systems, knowledge of automotive requirements
• Knowledge of  ISO TS16949, IATF 16949,  VDA6.3
• Capability to build and develop external and internal relationships
• Demonstrated ability to consider both business & quality  requirements and technical needs
