Littelfuse Supplier Quality Assurance team is looking for Supplier Quality Engineer to maintain and improve existing supplier base, providing timely support to operations and acting as a key interface with suppliers and inside teams assuring highest production material quality.
This position is based in Kaunas and reports to Sr. Supplier Development Engineer.
About the job:
Supplier Quality Incident management:

Initiate claim reports to suppliers and drive the improvement till full resolution

Disposition of nonconforming materials with cost coverage

Metric reporting
-
On-site supplier audits for corrective actions
Supplier Change Management (Components and material in production phase):

Supplier feasibility review
-
Review and approve supplier PPAP
Supplier Quality Performance monitoring:

Supplier measurement through Supplier Scorecard

Follow corrective actions and verify the effectiveness
About you:
Experience: At least 2 years in Supplier Quality, preferably within the automotive industry
Knowledge:

Core quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA)

ISO9001 or IATF16949 quality requirements
Skills:

Problem-solving using methods such as 8D

Strong verbal and written English proficiency

System and process auditing

Technical reporting
