Job Summary岗位职责（Responsibilities）
1. 供应商开发与认证（Supplier Qualification & Development）
主导新供应商审核、评估及认证流程。
推动供应商持续改善项目，不断提升其质量体系及制造能力。
2. 来料质量管理与问题解决（Incoming Quality Control & Problem Solving）
负责来料质量控制（IQC）流程管理，并处理供应商相关质量缺陷问题。
主导根本原因分析（Root Cause Analysis），并运用8D、5Why、SPC等质量工具推动纠正及预防措施（CAPA）的落实，解决供应商质量异常。
3. 先期产品质量策划（APQP）
与供应商协作开展APQP活动。
审核并批准关键质量文件，包括：
FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）
Control Plan（控制计划）
PPAP（生产件批准程序）等。
4. 供应商绩效监控与关系管理（Performance Monitoring & Relationship Management）
监控并定期汇报供应商质量绩效指标，例如：
DPPM（百万件缺陷数）
PPM（百万件不良率）
Yield Rate（良率）
作为供应商质量管理的主要窗口，建立并维护良好的合作关系和沟通机制。
5. 图纸与技术规范审核（Drawing & Specification Review）
审核并确认供应商对工程图纸、技术规格及质量要求的理解与执行情况，确保符合要求。
6. 出差要求
根据业务需要接受海外出差。
任职资格（Qualifications）
本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程、机电一体化或相关工程专业。
具备良好的英语读写能力。
具备优秀的供应商沟通与协调能力。
具备质量数据分析及质量报告编制能力。
有大功率电源产品相关经验者优先，包括但不限于：
PSU（Power Supply Unit，电源模块）
BBU（Battery Backup Unit，备用电池单元）
Power Shelf（电源架）等。
具备良好的职业素养，工作有条理，团队合作意识强，能够灵活应对变化，积极主动且具有工作热情。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering
- Experience with supplier qualification, audits, and supplier development
- Experience managing incoming quality control (IQC) and supplier defect resolution
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D, 5Why, RCA, CAPA)
- Familiarity with APQP processes and approval documents (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP)
- Ability to analyze quality data and prepare quality reports (SPC, KPI monitoring)
- Strong supplier communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to undertake overseas business travel
- Good English reading and writing ability
- Experience with high-power power products (PSU, BBU, Power Shelf)
- Organized, proactive team player with professional work habits
