• AI enablement Role Responsibilities & Tasks
  
  • Problem Definition & Use Case Design
    
    • Understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions
    • Assess feasibility of AI vs conventional approaches
    • Work with stakeholders (engineering, product, operations)
  • Data Engineering & Preparation
    
    • Collect and integrate data from multiple sources
    • Clean, preprocess, and structure datasets
    • Perform feature engineering to improve model accuracy
  • Model Development (Core AI/ML Work)
    
    • Design and train ML / deep learning models
    • Select algorithms (e.g., regression, neural networks, transformers)
    • Tune hyperparameters and optimize performance
  • System Design & Integration
    
    • Build end-to-end AI systems (data → model → API → application)
    • Integrate models into applications, pipelines, or cloud platforms
    • Develop APIs and services for AI functionality

• Supplier Quality programs, Role Responsibilities & Tasks
  
  • Define and govern Micron's global FE IQC business processes, ensuring clarity and standardization
  • Provide advisory support to sites on IQC implementation and deployment
  • Establish and maintain IQC process documentation to meet minimum global standards and requirements
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive new IQC initiatives, including assignment of clear ownership
  • Monitor ongoing IQC improvement programs and share best-known methods (BKM) and lessons learned across sites
  • Own and manage FE IQC metrics, partnering with Site Champions to drive performance toward targets
  • Lead regular IQC SWAT governance forums, ensuring global alignment and execution consistency
  • Consolidate and prioritize key issues and gaps, coordinating resolution with SWAT stakeholders
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on projects and system enhancements identified through IQC SWAT to support Continuous Improvement (CIP)

• HVM SQE - Supplier Development and Excursion Management
  
  • Lead Global Material Specification definition and alignment activities with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Devise Category Quality Strategy for supplier/ material development programs including Quality Roadmap and Defense Line Program.
  • Deploy Quality programs, lessons learnt and benchmark to/ with suppliers to ensure controls and preventive measures are in place to support Shift-Left-Strategy.
  • Host regular Quality and Technical Review (QTR) meetings with strategic and developing suppliers.
  • Manage supplier and sub-supplier changes in Supplier Change Management (SCM).
  • Oversee globally affected Gas issues resolution and ensure they are prioritized appropriately.
  • Work collaboratively with Global OCT MTE, Operations and Facility globally for deep dive root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions to ensure no recurrence of related Quality issues.
  • Fan out lesson learnt to R&D and HVM Fabs to ensure closure loop communication and prevent recurrence globally.
  • Define, manage, and monitor supplier monthly quality performance metrics and their compliance to Micron SRS.
  • Enhance the supplier quality business processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Support Global Procurement on supplier performance rating on Quality related criteria.
