Competencies and required skills

a. Career in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Manufacturing or related.

b. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in quality engineering, product development, or manufacturing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

c. English 80% (Spoken and Written).

d. Teamwork skills.

e. General computer knowledge

f. Analysis and problem solving.

g. Some knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.).

h. Knowledge and ability read drawings.

i. Teamwork and collaborative mindset.

General Functions

a. Assist in the review and maintenance of supplier quality documentation, such as PPAP and inspection records.

b. Maintain databases and files related to supplier quality metrics, audits, and corrective action requests.

c. Support the evaluation and monitoring of suppliers’ performance (e.g., quality, delivery, responsiveness).

d. Participate in internal meetings and supplier meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.

e. Perform data entry and reporting or quality management systems.

f. Maintain and organize quality-related records and documents.

g. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supplier Quality tea
