JOB DESCRIPTION

• Definir el alcance, cronograma y requisitos de cada proyecto de forma autónoma.
• Evaluar productos y establecer programas de prueba conforme a estándares UL.
• Ser el punto de contacto técnico con clientes: explicar servicios, resolver dudas, negociar tiempos y costos.
• Viajar ocasionalmente para realizar pruebas en sitio o presenciar evaluaciones.
• Coordinar actividades de laboratorio y administrativas.
• Preparar reportes técnicos, procedimientos de seguimiento y comunicar resultados.
• Proponer nuevos métodos de prueba y mejoras en procesos.
• Participar en el desarrollo de estándares UL.
• Capacitar y guiar a ingenieros junior y personal técnico.
• Representar a UL en ferias, seminarios y eventos de la industria.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o Electrónica
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia técnica relacionada.
• Conocimiento de estándares UL y NOM.
• Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente con equipos técnicos y comerciales.
• Inglés avanzado
• Experiencia en electrodomésticos o sistemas HVAC es deseable, pero no indispensable.
