Job Description
Ensure supplier master data accuracy and compliance across ERP systems, with special focus on Spanish-speaking supplier markets.
Interpret information correctly and able to make sound decisions to support the business while maintaining controls during set up.
Apply corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects, escalates or remediates errors, if any.
Create, update, and validate supplier records, including tax IDs, banking details, and certifications in both English and Spanish.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.
Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.
Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.
Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives.
QualificationsQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business.
Preferred experienced in Master Data
Can start ASAP.
Experience in financial systems (knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite is nice to have).
Familiarity with MS Excel.
