As a Supplier Integrity Management Expert , you’ll be integral to shaping and enforcing our supplier risk management framework. You will support the development and implementation of risk compliance policies, oversee compliance audits, and optimize supplier performance. Leveraging advanced methodologies and tools, you'll ensure robust risk management and alignment with regulatory standards. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of the newly formed Risk and Compliance Department, you'll collaborate closely with compliance and legal teams, contributing to a dynamic, evolving department.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Strategic Policy Development: Support the creation and refinement of supplier risk compliance policies and ensure their communication and enforcement across teams.
  • Advanced Risk Assessment: Implement a sophisticated risk framework and conduct in-depth assessments for high-impact suppliers, developing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Oversee compliance audits and assessments, addressing high-stakes issues and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Develop high-level KPIs for supplier performance, create training programs, and foster a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Maintain communication channels with suppliers, deliver advanced training programs, and work with cross-functional teams to address emerging risks.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Maintain detailed records, prepare reports for senior leadership, and support transparency and accountability.

Skills You Bring:

  • Proven experience in supplier risk assessment and compliance.
  • Expertise in risk management and compliance software/tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data and derive strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and risk management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, CCEP) are required; additional advanced certifications are highly desirable.

Working Conditions:

  • This role will be closely aligned with compliance teams and legal for global alignment. No direct management responsibilities but expected to provide expert insights.
  • Working from home is possible for up to 8 days per month.
