Due Diligence Assessments:
- Track assessments and work with suppliers to ensure timely completion of all required due diligence documentation.
- Identify and evaluate potential due diligence risks.
- Utilize software tools to complete the activities: Service/Now, Bridger, D&B, DocuSign, and OneTrust.
- Review Bridger sanction reports, verify that a flagged supplier is correctly identified, and determine if risk is acceptable or supplier is to be rejected.
- Track Code of Conduct signings and follow up with suppliers as needed.
- Manually look up SSI score for supplier in D&B system, and complete financial due diligence report.
- Monitor Level 2 Due Diligence Questionnaire replies from suppliers.
- Review Risk Assessment summary generated in ServiceNow and approve/reject supplier.
- Support stakeholder queries on status of supplier due diligence activities and rejection/acceptance.
- Follow up on any DD steps requiring activity from stakeholder, supplier, or other personnel.
- Ability to work with teams, employees and stakeholders in a global environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree. Accounting, business, finance, supply chain management, procurement, operations
- Minimum of 3-4 years Accounting/Finance or P2P experience
- Procurement skills, basic understanding of procurement matters such as supplier on boarding/vetting, simple negotiations, purchase requisitions/purchase orders, and finance systems literate. Excellent understanding of supplier/category rationalization.
- Experience in medium to large company environment
- Excellent quantitative/analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task, handling quick turnaround, time-sensitive documents. Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
