Job Description

As Supplier Development Manager – Mechanics at NTS Group Eindhoven, you are responsible for developing our global supply chain on QLTCS aspects. You work directly with our strategic suppliers, assessing and enhancing their QLTCS processes, auditing them, and strengthening our relationship with them. You collaborate closely with site procurement, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and project teams to align global processes that ensure flawless quality, supply continuity, technical alignment, cost competitiveness, and sustainability. You report to the Global Sourcing Director and work within a global Sourcing team. This role calls for strong analytical capability, auditing expertise, process understanding, and the ability to build supplier relationships in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities are:
  • Develop the performance of our global supply chain, enabling better QLTCS performance;

  • Assess and improve the performance and processes of our key suppliers;

  • Drive supplier development programs focused on quality, capacity, cost optimization, and risk mitigation;

  • Develop and implement a global way of working across our sites to strengthen supply chain performance;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers, up to executive level;

  • Lead general, theme, and supplier onboarding audits within our global supply chain;

  • Track supplier performance, monitor KPIs, and generate periodic reports to higher management.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field;

  • Minimum 10 years of strategic supply chain experience in a high-tech or related environment;

  • Proven experience leading QLTCS audits;

  • Strong background in supplier development, process optimization, and risk management;

  • Hands-on experience with QLTCS key KPIs and dashboarding;

  • Experience with production processes such as machining, assembly, and qualification is preferred;

  • Excellent communication, process construction, analytical, and project management skills.

  • Salary from €5800 to €7800 gross per month;
