We are looking for:
Supplier Business Development Manager EMEA (m/w/d)In this role you will lead the regional execution and engagement from the global supplier strategy.
What You Will Be Doing:
Build regional influential relationships with key decision makers at assigned suppliers to grow sales and market share in respective suppliers through various programs and marketing activities.
Collaborate with the Global Supplier Management team on the global supplier strategy, translating into regional strategy and business plan and align with key stakeholders
Accountable to regional execution of the business and sales plan.
Provide regional market insights on customer needs and competition
Monitor and forecast performance within the region.
Collaborate with the Global Supplier Management team to execute regional annual goals to advance the business.
Establish appropriate branch and territory performance review cadence both internally and externally with suppliers to execute strategic initiatives.
Execute go to market initiatives centered on key technologies and segments aligning regional investment to support.
Field and resolve supplier and Arrow organization escalations.
What we are looking for:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or an engineering related field.
Experience in business development
Experience within the Semiconductor product portfolio.
Prior Semiconductor marketing success is required, global experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing sales and strategic marketing plans.
Demonstrated success developing and maintaining relationships with partner.
Proven presentation and negotiating capabilities.
Strong existing relationships deep and wide inside the industry.
Data driven with experience leveraging business analytics to drive actionable results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to, interact with, and influence C-level executives.
Ability to travel 30% to 50%. Varies by month and quarter.
