Role Value Proposition:
The Supplemental Health Compliance Team is responsible for several critical monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual reporting functions. The job also includes submitting payments, running reports, reconciling data, assist with foreign language requests, coordinating mailings, filing reports with various states, responding to Subpoena requests, obtaining information for compliance certifications, and performing regulatory analysis of issues, among other things.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists and/or oversees compliance control initiatives by developing, implementing, and following up on moderately complex corrective and proactive action plans.
- Reviews moderately complex internal and external audits, may develop and maintain a review program, may perform audits of basic processes, performs audits of action plans.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Moderate knowledge of compliance principals and associated company policies and government regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Moderate project management. Strong presentation and communication skills .
- Proficiency in Excel, word, excellent communication skills, advanced organizational ability, claims experience.
The salary range for applicants for this position is 52000 - 69300.
