You Will:
- Listen and be helpful to first-line staff who are accountable for planned service delivery.
- Promote a culture that ensures physical and psychological safety for all.
- Be available to your team to navigate unknown situations.
- Work closely with your Manager to ensure service excellence and a positive employee experience.
- Balance your time with your team, the people that we support, and future planning for the program.

This is an on-site position based in Kenora, Ontario. Nestled on the shores of the stunning Lake of the Woods in Northwestern Ontario, Kenora offers the charm of a close-knit community combined with exceptional outdoor recreation. Located near the Ontario–Manitoba border, Kenora is approximately a two-hour drive east of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

What We Do
The Kenora Association for Community Living (KACL) is a community-based organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs and mental health challenges. Their mission focuses on fostering belonging, social justice, and reconciliation within the Kenora community by providing services such as adult protective services, children's support, and community mental health programs. They aim to welcome each person's gifts and individuality through meaningful relationships in resilient, connected communities where everyone belongs.
