Provides strategic administrative support to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer by managing calendars, communications, correspondence, meetings, travel, commitments, email flow, information prioritization, and follow-up. Supports Board governance and management coordination while handling confidential information, special initiatives, and executive workflow. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, judgment, responsiveness, strategic planning, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Provide community-based, culturally responsive intensive case management and advocacy for adults facing homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges. Co-develop personalized support plans, promote independence, assist with illness management, medications, nutrition, and connect people to community resources. Work flexibly in homes and community settings as part of a collaborative team.

Supervise and develop frontline staff to deliver KACL's mission; promote physical and psychological safety; support and coach employees; collaborate with manager to ensure service excellence and positive employee experience; welcome and engage all staff while facilitating continuous team development.
