Shift

Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM. Overtime may be required before or after scheduled shifts and on weekends.

Leads the day-to-day operations of the Returns (RMA) Department to achieve productivity, receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy goals while maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day RMA and warehouse operations.
  • Execute and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standard work instructions.
  • Drive productivity and accuracy across receiving, shipping, inventory control, and returns processing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Manage non-compliant returns and execute appropriate resolutions.
  • Lead employee onboarding, training, coaching, and development.
  • Oversee vendor and customer return policies and procedures.
  • Partner with operations to plan workforce needs and staffing levels.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Some college coursework or a Supply Chain/Warehouse certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
  • Experience with computer products, inventory tracking, returns processing, or refurbishment activities preferred.
  • Strong data entry, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
  • Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and comply with PPE and safety requirements.

Working Conditions

  • Distribution center environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, humidity, and outdoor conditions.
  • Occasional overtime, weekends, and non-standard work hours as business needs require.
  • Combination of warehouse and office environments.
