  • Promote a culture that ensures physical and psychological safety for all.
  • Listen and be helpful to first-line staff who are accountable for planned service delivery.
  • Facilitate the continuous development of your team and support them in the discovery and utilization of their gifts.
  • Welcome and engage all employees.

This is an on-site position based in Kenora, Ontario. Nestled on the shores of the stunning Lake of the Woods in Northwestern Ontario, Kenora offers the charm of a close-knit community combined with exceptional outdoor recreation. Located near the Ontario–Manitoba border, Kenora is approximately a two-hour drive east of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
