We're looking for a Support Supervisor to join the team at our Vault facility.
You'll report to the Head of Vault Operations and work onsite from our New Castle, DE facility, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm.
Onsite Requirement:
This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
What You'll Do:
Supervise, schedule, and develop teams across all Vault support functions (Inventory Control, Photography, Title Editing, and Operational Support), leading on-site and remote staff to drive continuous operational performance
Lead all aspects of Inventory Control, monitoring inventory levels, capacity, and accuracy
Support Operations on daily workflows through Supply Chain, helping ensure volume and SLA goals are met
Identify root causes on items related to shrink and inventory variances
Support and partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders on business updates, reporting KPIs, and business results
Partner and collaborate with business partners to continually improve workstreams and processes to improve productivity and accuracy
Lead and support training programs, including onboarding and operational improvements that result in best practices, improved workstreams, and innovation implementation
Support project management for Operations and peripheral departments supporting operations
Manage the safety, staffing, training, and overall performance of hourly employees across all teams
Monitor staff productivity and assign tasks as needed
Own and deliver on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Throughput, and Service KPIs
Act as a knowledgeable and accessible resource for team members
Ensure proper procedures are followed and devise techniques to improve team efficiency
Lead by example and champion all company policies, including safety, attendance, and security
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role in an operations environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
Dependable, personable team player who works well with internal and external stakeholders
Data-driven problem solver (Excel/Sheets experience) with an understanding of the business implications of decisions
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment with little room for error
Influential leader who can inspire and motivate others and drive change
Strong project management and organizational skills
Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within trading cards, tickets, and other collectibles
Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
