The PSA Show Lead will manage customer care at events, train staff, oversee logistics and improve experiences in collectible shows. Responsibilities include communication, order processing, staff management, and reporting.

Leads marketplace data and insights for PSA Marketplace businesses, translating transactional, marketing, operational, product, and behavioral data into strategic decisions. Owns analytics metrics and stack, partners cross-functionally on product, marketing, fraud, and infrastructure insights, delivers executive reporting, and manages a lean analyst team while remaining hands-on with SQL and business intelligence tools.

Authenticates and grades sports, non-sports, gaming, and trading cards using Beckett grading standards. Responsibilities include detecting counterfeits and alterations, meeting daily grading goals, handling valuable merchandise securely, supporting project orders, staying current on collectible-market trends, assisting with grader training, and traveling to trade shows. This is an onsite role in Plano, Texas, requiring prolonged precision work with magnification tools.

The Growth Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, build partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor market trends, and manage key customer relationships to drive submission growth in the APAC region.

Own and grow a digital editorial program for trading card collecting.
