Manage marketplace business operations and day-to-day functions while delivering strategic transformation projects. Build scalable systems to replace manual processes, establish operational rigor across teams, oversee billing and fulfillment programs for key accounts, and use AI to automate workflows. The role requires strong organization, analytical problem-solving, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Coordinate commercial real estate initiatives, including lease transactions, tenant improvements, and new site openings. Maintain lease records, project files, schedules, budgets, risks, vendor documentation, and closeout materials. Develops and improves manufacturing processes, validates and implements equipment, documents standardized procedures, and supports root-cause analysis. The role applies 5S and lean manufacturing methods, performs testing, validates repairs and calibrations, and identifies efficiency, quality, and safety improvements. Design, build, and operate backend services, APIs, data models, event-driven systems, serverless services, and frontend applications supporting grading operations. Own complex projects from concept through production, select appropriate architectures, troubleshoot issues, write technical documentation, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Operations, and participate in on-call support. Work across .NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, cloud infrastructure, databases, integrations, and observability tooling.

Build and operate backend services, APIs, data models, event-driven pipelines, internal applications, and integrations supporting high-volume grading operations. Develop end-to-end features with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js; troubleshoot data, service, integration, and UI issues; contribute to system design, testing, observability, documentation, and on-call support. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to create scalable systems and improve engineering practices.

Build and operate full-stack web applications across TypeScript/NestJS backend services, PostgreSQL databases, and Next.js/React frontends. Modernize legacy Java and PHP systems into AWS-hosted microservices, implement testing and observability, and deploy with Docker and infrastructure as code. Own multi-sprint features independently, participate in on-call and quality initiatives, mentor engineers, review code, and use AI coding tools responsibly throughout development.

Leads fulfillment and outbound logistics across grading centers, overseeing storage, sortation, shipping, capacity planning, staffing, workflow design, and technology enablement. Owns safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and service KPIs while driving continuous improvement, operational scalability, and cross-functional execution. Manages multiple departments through subordinate leaders, develops teams, oversees site risk, and travels frequently to grading centers.

Lead technical direction and multi-quarter delivery for a platform modernization effort. Architect TypeScript, Java, PHP, and cloud systems; guide monolith decomposition, distributed services, databases, observability, security, and operational excellence. Mentor engineers, coordinate stakeholders, establish engineering standards, and lead responsible adoption of AI-assisted development across the organization.

Lead and mentor the software engineering team responsible for PSA Set Registry, a large-scale consumer web and mobile product. Drive architecture, development, delivery, code quality, release management, production troubleshooting, and technical strategy. Partner with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while promoting agile practices, collaboration, continuous learning, and an inclusive engineering culture.

Design and build scalable backend architecture for PSA Set Registry, including cloud-based services, APIs, databases, microservices, event-driven systems, and batch processing. Own features through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, troubleshoot complex systems, improve applications and data models, contribute technical designs and documentation, and apply security and monitoring best practices.

Provide customer support for PSA by investigating and resolving issues, processing account adjustments, updating order spreadsheets, communicating solutions, and escalating unresolved concerns. The role requires strong problem-solving, empathy, communication, organization, and customer de-escalation skills. It is full-time onsite in Santa Ana, California, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11pm, and may involve phone, computer, and material-handling duties.

Lead cross-functional operational projects from planning through implementation for Beckett. Partner with the Director of Operations to define requirements, build project plans, track milestones, analyze operations, develop dashboards and staffing models, improve processes, implement systems, and drive adoption. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure successful execution of high-priority initiatives.

Own day-to-day IT operations for a London receiving center, including network infrastructure, endpoint deployment, physical security systems, access control, IP cameras, vendor coordination, asset management, and end-user support. The role requires onsite troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, onboarding support, connectivity monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with global IT teams. Occasional after-hours and on-call support is required to maintain operational uptime.

Lead architecture and delivery for Beckett’s software modernization, including NestJS and TypeScript microservices, Java and PHP legacy migrations, full-stack platforms, databases, AWS infrastructure, and distributed systems. Establish engineering standards for security, testing, observability, and operations. Mentor engineers, coordinate multi-quarter projects, manage cross-system risks, and guide responsible adoption of AI coding tools and LLM technologies.

Support the in-house Legal team across contract intake and workflows, compliance and privacy operations, IP docketing, corporate entity management, legal mailboxes, and cross-functional initiatives. Maintain repositories, track deadlines, coordinate counsel and stakeholders, and route inbound matters. Use AI-powered legal tools to improve workflows and maintain the team’s AI skill library.

Lead the strategy and roadmap for Collectors’ global payments platform across grading, marketplace, liquidity, and digital repacking products. Own wallets, money movement, international payments, PSP orchestration, routing, payouts, settlement, reconciliation, ledgers, fraud prevention, disputes, compliance, and cost optimization. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk, executives, and technical teams to scale resilient payment experiences.
