Summary
The Supervisor of Technical Records of Sales & Lease Return will oversee the daily activities of analysts to ensure timely completion of technical records requirements and address any deviations. They will serve as the primary point of contact, both internally and externally, for resolving technical records issues. The Supervisor of Technical Records of Sale/Lease Returns reports directly to the Senior Manager of Aircraft Records.

Minimum Requirements
A combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience:
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with part 91, 121, 135 operator, 145 repair station working on 91/121/135 aircraft, or DOD transport aircraft records department.
• Minimum two (2) years in a role that required recognition and understanding of critical documentation as described below. A combination of listed experience is acceptable.
• Expertise in Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of regulatory and commercial records compliance requirements and industry standards for purchasing and selling aircraft, engines, and components.
• Contract Standards Familiarity: Understanding of contract standards related to aircraft records requirements for leases involving aircraft and engines.
• IATA Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with IATA lease return industry standards, LLP certification, NIS documentation, and other airline certification documents.
• FAA Directives Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of FAA Airworthiness Directives (ADs), IPCs, and Service Bulletins relevant to aircraft, engines, landing gear, and APUs.
• Regulations and Coding Expertise: Strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) pertaining to aircraft recordkeeping and retention, as well as Air Transportation Association (ATA) coding.
• Documentation Traceability Skills: Expertise in the documentation necessary to establish life-limited components' traceability from their origin.
• Certification Documentation Knowledge: In-depth understanding of required certification documentation for new, overhauled, and repaired components from suppliers and maintenance providers across multiple countries.
• Supervisory Experience: Previous experience supervising multiple employees.
• Communication and Analytical Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with effective multi-tasking, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Problem Resolution Analysis: Proficient in analyzing problem resolution reports and other information from acquisitions, sellers, or buyers to meet deal requirements and objectives.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical documents such as IPC, Engineering Documents, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and previous operator versions of documents.
• Skilled in ERP tracking software such as AIS, TRAX, AMOS.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Products.
• Experienced in the management and use of electronic recordkeeping systems such as Flydocs, AirVault.
• Demonstrate a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple duties and priorities on a daily basis and function effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong team player, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure. Successful candidate must convey professional image with the ability to communicate with all levels of AAY associates in a team environment. Successful candidate must have the ability to effectively deliver projects on time.

Job Duties
• Provide technical expertise during the redelivery and sale of assets by performing detailed, comprehensive analysis of aircraft technical records, including airframe, engine, landing gear, APU, AD, SB, MODs, LDND, HT, OCCM, ARC, etc. to identify gaps.
• Supervise, review, and audit Outstanding Item List (OIL).
• Interact with OEM, prior aircraft operators, repair vendors, lessors, or buyers of assets to manage discrepancy resolutions.
• Responsible for review and audit of back-to-birth binder for Airframe, LLPs, Engines, APU, and Landing Gear.
• Identify key areas of concern in terms of lease contract return deliverables.
• Monitor asset’s utilization on a periodic basis and update LLP disk sheet accordingly.
• Responsible for daily supervision of analyst to ensure review, monitoring, and updating of Allegiant Information System to is up to date and accurate.
• Manage coordination with Fleet Assets, Engineering, and Component Repairs throughout redelivery or sale process.
• Responsible for review and audit of required statements as negotiated by Fleet Asset team.
• Responsible for review and audit of Non-Incident Statements for certification.
• Responsible for review and audit of all aircraft records for retirement, lease returns, and sales in accordance with contract terms.
• Responsible for the review and audit of Delivery Binder in electronic record system.
• Prepare training materials for Lease/Sale Analyst team as applicable.
• Utilize industry best practice, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities as appropriate.
• Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
• Other duties as assigned.

May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
