Doodle Labs is hiring a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team to help execute our marketing strategy and ramp our company's go-to-market function to reach new customers and new market segments .
This role will report to our Sr. Marketing Manager and will work alongside our Sr. Creative Manager (designer) . Responsibilities include content development for the website and other marketing channels, planning and executing events (both in-person trade shows and digital events like webinars), digital advertising , competitor and market landscape analysis and more.
Our ideal candidate has a portfolio of published written content and/or marketing campaigns and 3-5 years experience in a marketing coordination or management role. They will be proactive and will be able to work independently to plan and execute on marketing strategy and develop content need ed by the Sales and Marketing teams.
Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to research, including competitive analysis, market segment identification, marketing channel comparison s and more
- Help plan and execute on marketing campaigns and projects, including trade shows, webinars, digital advertising and other events and initiatives
- Write, edit and proofread copy within deadlines, tailored to varying target personas: Engineers, business decision-makers, C-level folks, etc.
- Sync with internal technical contacts and external customer and partner stakeholders and review internal documentation and web-based sources to r esearch content topics and better understand the market and our offerings
- Publish content to various platforms ( Wordpress , Hubspot , LinkedIn )
Marketing Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or related field
- 3-5+ years of marketing coordination or management experience , ideally in OEM tech/B2B space
- Strong working knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Portfolio of marketing projects and/or published work
- Knowledgeable with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and experience with content management systems ( Wordpress ) , C RM/marketing automation platforms ( Hubspot ) and reporting (Google Analytics)
Marketing Manager Positional Details
- Hybrid work schedule (3-4 days per week in our Marina del Rey office) to foster collaboration
- Up to 20% travel for trade shows and other events
- $75-$90k base salary
- Quarterly 10% performance bonus
- Annual profit share bonus (typically 12.5% - 15%)
