Supervisor, Stable

Marucci Sports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fox Factory, was founded by two former MLB players and their athletic trainer who began handcrafting bats for some of the best players in the game from their garage in 2004. Fast forward to today, that dedication to quality and understanding of players’ needs has turned Marucci into an All-American success story, the number one bat preferred by players and The Official Bat of Major League Baseball (MLB). In 2024, Marucci partnered with renowned sports trainer, Kolby Tullier, to offer the same training regimen used by today’s top athletes to aspiring athletes of all ages and sports.

Position Summary:

The Stable Supervisor is responsible for the operational oversight of the of the Company’s facilities and the Stable app. This role involves managing daily operations, including staff training, working with members and trainers, coordinating with marketing and tech teams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The supervisor also oversees the facility's brand and digital presence by working with marketing teams on social media efforts and app content development. Additionally, they are tasked with supervising equipment maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to guarantee operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

Facility Operations and Member Services

• Oversee member relations, including onboarding, inquiries, sign-ups, and facility orientation, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Manage member contracts, appointment scheduling, and the implementation of staff training protocols.
• Resolve member concerns efficiently and uphold professional standards across all interactions.
• Foster effective communication among sports teams, athletes, and members to streamline operations.
• Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-organized through proactive policies and regular inspections.
• Supervise equipment maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to guarantee operational excellence.
• Support the development and implementation of recovery programs and service packages to enhance the facility's offerings.
• Maintain and audit accurate records of memberships, payments, and attendance, ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze and report on facility usage and operational metrics, recommending improvements for efficiency.
• Oversee system integration and optimization for Mindbody and Oxefit platforms; manage troubleshooting and enhancements.

​App Content and Brand Development

• Organize and ensure the strategic direction and continuous improvement of app development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Strategize and supervise content production, editing, and publishing within the app to maintain brand integrity.
• Represent and advocate for the brand at key events, building strategic partnerships and increasing visibility.
• Manage and provide direction over all social media activities, from planning and engagement to analytics and growth strategies.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Demonstrated leadership in team supervision, operational oversight, and customer service excellence.
• Proven track record in implementing digital platforms and optimizing member or client-facing technology solutions.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, Recreation, or a related discipline required.
• Relevant certifications in facility operations, project management, or digital media preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in facility management, hospitality, sports management, or a related field.
• Experience with app content management, brand development, and social media strategy strongly preferred.
• Previous experience working with platforms such as Mindbody considered a significant asset.
