POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the high level of service and support to the Artistic Direction and Technical Direction by Show Support department. Participate in training efforts of colleagues and Head of the Departments (HODs), and help set and enforce service standards.
The scope requires to perform routine quality assurance evaluations, communication with service providers and internal business units. To analyse and evaluate risks associated from the operation and to develop independent business continuity plan. This position requires strong organization abilities, time management, detail-oriented skills and effective communication with all internal and external parties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist to ensure the highest level of service and support to the Artistic Direction and Technical Direction by all Show Support team members. Lead training efforts of colleagues and HODs, and set and enforce service standards.
- Provide high level of support and consultation to all company members as per the Show Support function.
- Provide high level planning & coordination for Show Support function. Direct & develop Show Support team to achieve efficient staff services & support functions, and to always provide as a top priority the services and solutions required to meet the needs of the Technical and Artistic Departments.
- Manage the creation and finalization of written SOPs for all Show Support procedures.
- Compile a centralized company archive of all operational procedures and policies for each department of the show.
- Support Management on partner and corporate communications projects.
- Liaise with external parties, service providers and internal departments such as Brand & Marketing, PR, Legal, Risk Management, IT, Security, Property Services, EVS, Sales and Finance etc. to ensure all development and operations are fully supported.
- Coordinate closely internally in support of marketing, branding, and PR requirement of the show and the venue.
- Conduct market research and report industry/market trends and development to management.
- Assist to distribute new product, service, event and promotion information to internal departments and to address incoming requests from external parties.
- Ensure all teams of the show adheres to all polices and regulations.
- Conduct / arrange trainings to ensure the efficiency and standards of Melco and the industry.
- Ensure effective communication and administrative functions within the day-to-day functioning of the show. Arrange cleaning schedule for all areas, order inventory supply when required and to report the maintenance of equipment and utensils.
- Maintain stock inventory and to liaise closely with Supply Chain in procurement and purchasing, in accordance with the SOP of the Company
- Ensure all purchasing records and supporting documents are accurate and kept well for all transactions.
- Update the list of current and non-current suppliers and service contracts.
- Support the colleagues engagement program for the show.
- Maintain an accurate list of colleagues’ special dates. Organize celebrations, ceremonies and department gatherings to increase the engagement and motivation of the show.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 3 years working experience in supervisory role
