About the Role

An all-rounded practitioner in agency distribution who will acquire the knowledge and skillset essential for agency business development

Roles and Responsibilities:

District Business Strategic Planning KPI Competencies (40%)

  • Equip agency business knowledge and skillset
  • Execute KPI specific business plans set by Zone Head / Resources Pool Head / Agency Business Partner to achieve business goals
  • Implement corporate business initiatives and provide business support for the excellence of agency business
  • Analyze business data to assist for formulating business strategies
  • Support the growth of agency business as a whole

Zone Operation (40%)

  • Prepare reports on district performance & leader appointment challenge, including but not limited to design reminders, prepare appointment letters, generate KPI/ activity reports and follow through the progress of challenge campaigns etc.
  • Provide timely, accurate and adequate district operation support, including but not limited to enquiry & appeal handling, district visit PPT deck design etc.
  • Participate and engage in agency events and KPI related projects to contribute to agency business development
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Collaborative Business Engagement (20%)

  • Collaborate and support the agency force with the Agency Business Partners to perform sales-driven business activities
  • Act as a good team player in Resources Pool who proactively participate in knowledge exchange and skills transfer
  • Participation in agency meeting and events, building business relationship with agency

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above (University graduated in any disciplines)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sales coordination, distribution support, agency administration, banking or PR is preferred
  • Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good analytical skills and attentive to details
  • Good problem solving, organizing, time management as well as interpersonal and communication skills
  • An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue for excellence

Others:

  • You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1 & 3) or any licenses if your job involves regulated activities
