Reporting to the Head of Reception, the main job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- General administration duties, including checking guests in and out
- Assist with training new and existing staff
- Be the first point of contact for all guests
- Resolve guest issues in a timely manner
- Act as a Duty Manager when required
- Any other tasks allocated to the department
To ensure staff, Reception and guest facilities are prepared and maintained at the highest standards possible at all times
Promoting a culture of exceptional service with a strong focus on delivering “inspired hospitality”
Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach
The role requires the successful candidates to work five days over seven, 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend work on a shift/rota basis and covering night shifts on an ad hoc basis!
