- Establishing and Ensuring the System procedures are meeting the requirements of ISO 9001; ISO 14001: ISO 45001: API Q1; API Monogram, CE-PED, UKCA -PESR and other applicable Products / Certification / Marking requirements.
- Liaison with Certifying bodies/ agency and ensure timely Certification renewal process , through expediting audits and obtain/retain the certification.

- Review and provide resources, support, and make decisions appropriately based on risk assessment / contingency plans, thereby ensure that the team is working towards the Department / Organization KPI objectives

- Provide Disposition of components based on its Conformance to Purchase order requirements

- Ontime clearance of GRN & provide disposition – Accept, Hold, Rework, Reject
- Conformance of Identification and traceability during receipt
- Availability of check list, ITP, Customer specifications, work Instructions and procedures, where the activities is performed.
- Providing Qualitative & Quantitative data for analysis to Head QA.
- Co-ordination with third-party inspection agencies for Inspection and scheduling activities
- Support Quality Supervisor for his day-to-day Quality assurance/control activities.
- Preparation of QA procedures / Project specific technical procedure / work instructions/ documents and records and maintain as per the retention period.
- Performing Internal Quality Audit / product and process audits, Supplier Evaluation and Re-evaluation audits as per the schedule.
- Preparation & Control of Quality Dossier, Verification of Documents
- Ensure product readiness prior to inspection and solve quality issues, if any
- Attend Inspections, Record observations and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Expertise in ITP/QAP against QMS, Product standards and Customer requirements
- Monitor route card / Traveler – Stage inspections
- Handle customer complaints and monitor non-conformance
- To achieve KPI metrics and data analysis for identified Gaps. Prepare / Collection of Data and communicate MR on Quality objectives, KPI metrics, MOC, Risk and Opportunity identification, Assessment and contingency plan.
- Follow-up with departments for timely closure of Customer complaints.
- Support NCR/CAPA process for issues arising out of inspection
- Provide Training and awareness.
- Adhering to safety rules & regulations
- B.E or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering with 10-15 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Control activities.
- Lead auditor in QMS, EMS and OHSAS
- Good work experience in Manufacturing process requirements, Customer requirements and Codes & Standards.
- Certified in NDE Level II – PT, MT, UT & RT
- Should have team management experience. (8-10 FTE's)
- Worked in Product and Material standards ASME, ISO, ASTM, EN etc, Quality Management System, Product standards & approvals.
- Awareness of the latest applicable codes and standards.
- Handling and implementing quality management system across the company complying to the international standards and product applicable standard.
- Internal Auditor qualification
- Coordinating external agencies and certifying bodies for certification renewal and new certification process.
- Customer complaint handling , analysis, reporting and implementing the corrective actions.
- NDE Evaluation
- Welding Inspection -As applicable
- Knowledge on requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, API SPEC Q1 & API Monogram (6A, 6D and 609), PED/CE marking, and ATEX requirements.
- Customer interaction for product approvals and Interaction with notified bodies for Certification.
- Knowledge on Selection and Usage of appropriate Tools, Gauges & Instrument.
- Knowledge on various Problem solving techniques, Analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve issues.
- Knowledge on SAP, MS office, Omnidocs.
